Refund policy

• You may return unworn, unwashed, and unused items within 10 days of receiving your order. 

• The item must be in its original condition with all tags attached. 

• To initiate a return, please contact us at through our e-mail (contact.duskkw@gmail.com) or through direct messages on instagram, and we’ll provide you with return instructions. 

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 7-10 business days. 

• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 

• We currently do not offer exchanges. If you'd like a different size or color, please return the item and place a new order. 

• The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival. 

• If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll arrange for a return or replacement at no additional cost to you 

Kindly note: Items without original tags are not eligible for return or refund.
